2009 - 2010 School Year
Registration for Kindergarten will be held on Friday, January 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the gym. Tuition for full day Kindergarten is $2,900/child. A non-refundable $500 fee is required at time of registration. This fee will be applied to the tuition.
Registration for first grade students, who do not presently attend St. Dorothy Kindergarten, will also be held on January 30. No registration fee is required.
Requirements for all new students:
Belief that Catholic Education and growth in knowledge and practice of religion is top priority.
Kindergarten children MUST be five (5) years old by August 31.
Birth certificate is needed, as well as a Baptismal certificate, if child was not baptized at St. Dorothy Parish. Certificates are due at the time of registration.
COMPLETE IMMUNIZATION RECORD
PA State Law requires that all children be immunized. Before admittance to school, they must have had:
- 4 doses of diphtheria and tetanus - fourth dose must be after 4th birthday
- 3 doses of polio vaccine
- 2 measles, mumps, rubella vaccine (first one must be given at 1 year of age or older)
- 3 doses of hepatitis B vaccine
- 1 varicella or history of chicken pox
You are required to have proof of the month, day, and year the immunizations were given. This information is due at the time of registration.
